In this role you promote and sell products, services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Your tasks include closing direct sales of products and services in order to meet the organization's business objectives. Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. A master’s degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE: The successful candidate will poses a minimum fifteen () years of experience in design of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing), and construction of underground utility systems (water and sewer networks, district cooling networks, etc.) in residential and commercial buildings and facilities. He shall be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.

Must be fully familiar with ASHRAE, ASPE, NFPA, SMACNA, ASME, ASTM, IMC, IPC, AWWA, and other applicable codes and standards.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in civil engineering, cost engineering, quantity surveying, or engineering. Holding a National Licensure or equivalent will be beneficial.

EXPERIENCE: Twelve () years of experience from the date of qualification with eight (8) years of those in cost engineering. Three (3) years of experience as lead cost engineer.

Certification or membership in the Association of the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACE International) or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors would be beneficial.
Knowledgeable in various estimating software (i.e., Timberline).
Well verse in Microsoft Office (Excel).
Fully familiar with UBC and other applicable standards.
Full computer knowledge and be fully capable of using specialist building design programs and applications (international building codes) in checking building design standards.
Candidate will be responsible for controlling and monitoring project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Evaluate cost variations on proposed alterations to scope or specification.
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English with special emphasis on preparing technical reports and design studies.
Duties and Responsibilities

Assist Saudi Aramco Engineering and contracting personnel with bid analyses and related contract issues as required.
Keep abreast of significant developments in cost estimating technical and professional issues.
Act as discipline Cost Engineer in commercial, light industrial, institutional, and residential facilities.
Work closely with the design engineers and architects to identify all materials required to complete the work.
Prepare detailed work unit items and construction cost estimates.
Develop and maintain labor and equipment rates and materials current and historical data.
Conduct site surveys and field measurements to verify existing conditions and obtain site dimensions.

Senior Finance Officer Outstations - ()
Description
 The Finance Senior Officer is responsible for the overall finance functions of the overseas office of the airline.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Activities

1. Prepare a Repatriation schedule on a monthly basis for each station to ensure funds are remitted in full to head office.
2. Act as a focal point of contact for all station finance issues, manage taxes, repatriation of funds and prepare final accounts.
3. Visit the stations, as per the agreed schedule, to review risks and existing processes, tighten controls and draw up station risk profiles.
4. Prepare station financials to submit to Central bank and Regulatory authorities to comply will local legislations.
5. Handle periodic tax filings for each station.
6. Arrange for payment of taxes, either directly to authorities, or through local GSAs, consultants and partners.
7. Manage accounting for local payments such as Payroll, taxes and petty cash expenses
8. Manage the reconciliation of various outstations related accounts.

Qualifications

You will also familiarize yourself with the processes and procedures of Saudi Aramco. You will shadow department members and begin supporting the different project divisions.
- Days:
During this period, your division head and supervisor will monitor your progress, and report to the department manager if you are a fit for the position. You will provide support to your department/division by performing. projects proposals and detailed designs reviews. You will attend meetings and workshops with other departments within Saudi Aramco and outside consultants.
After Months:
You will have become an important and valuable member of the department, acclimatized and enjoying working for one of the worlds largest integrated energy companies.
