Trainer Specialist is required for a Multinational Organization:
Job Responsibilities:
-The Trainer will be responsible for the training of all Call Center employees to include new hire training, refresher.
-Responsible for product and services training, system's training, and customer service training.
-The Trainer is required to successfully complete all prerequisite training requirements.
-Provide one-on-one coaching in training to ensure the highest levels of quality customer service.
-Work as a team with all members of the Quality and Training Departments to meet company training and quality goals.
Job Requirements:
-one year or more previous trainer experience, preferably in a call center.
- Ex- Vodafoner (UK) or other English offshore companies.
- English Fluency is a must.
-Proficient in MS Office, Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Must pose excellent communication skills. And excellent reporting skills.
-Ability to teach and work with various types of people.
- Poses a High Stress Tolerance and hard worker.
-Professional yet have a friendly attitude.
