    Description
     The Finance Senior Officer is responsible for the overall finance functions of the overseas office of the airline.


    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Key Activities

    1. Prepare a Repatriation schedule on a monthly basis for each station to ensure funds are remitted in full to head office.
    2. Act as a focal point of contact for all station finance issues, manage taxes, repatriation of funds and prepare final accounts.
    3. Visit the stations, as per the agreed schedule, to review risks and existing processes, tighten controls and draw up station risk profiles.
    4. Prepare station financials to submit to Central bank and Regulatory authorities to comply will local legislations.
    5. Handle periodic tax filings for each station.
    6. Arrange for payment of taxes, either directly to authorities, or through local GSAs, consultants and partners.
    7. Manage accounting for local payments such as Payroll, taxes and petty cash expenses
    8. Manage the reconciliation of various outstations related accounts.
