1. Responsible for the management of designated clinical trials including investigator selection, analysis of potential patient recruitment, preparation of trial related documentation (protocols, Case report forms, investigators brochures, consent documents, letters of agreement, confidentiality agreements), organising Ethics committee submissions with follow through to ensure successful outcome.
2. Organise investigator’s start-up meeting and study site initiation meetings.
3. Coordinate the movement of laboratory samples and the resulting data when central laboratory facilities are used.
4. Ensure procedures are in place for appropriate optimisation of patients into the clinical trial.
5. Monitoring the assigned clinical trial following company SOPs and in accordance with GCP.
6. 6.Planning the requirements for clinical trial material, ordering clinical trial material (head office or local comparators), setting up and monitoring the systems whereby the Clinical Research Assistant can ship CT material to the investigator, maintaining procedures to account for the CT material, checking the expiration of CT material and requesting extensions if necessary.
7. Tracking completed CRFs and setting up systems whereby completed CRFs are rapidly entered into the database. Ensure that queries generated during cleaning are responded to in a timely fashion.

We are seeking to hire a Logistics Manager who will be responsible for management of Retail Logistics in the whole Egypt region.   The job holder (JH) will oversee the entire supply chain (from origin to store, including store returns) to work within budget and meet business and service level objectives both locally and internationally. Your job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:

• Management of supply chain cost and service levels to ensure that they stay within budgeted levels
• Managing the commercials in terms of the entire Egypt logistics cost, budget management.
• Develop and implement immediate corrective action were costs are outside budgeted levels
• Monthly review the Service Providers performance to measure the KPI and ways to reduce lead times and cost

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent (qualifications in SCM/Logistics ideal)

Minimum Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of Supply Chain and Logistics management experience, retail preferred
• Egypt logistics and custom clearance experience
• Analytical with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of Warehouse, Distribution, Customs and Cross Border Freight and 3PL Management
• Strong people relationship and management skills

Job-Specific Skills and Competencies :

• A self-starter, with the ability to work independently

 Role Description
The EPM, reporting to the Integrated Brand Value Team Leader (IBVTL), executes EMEA brand strategy, ensuring Operating Companies Product Managers have guidance and support to prepare and implement commercial activities as defined in the brand plan.
Working within cross-functional teams, the EPM develops tactical tools (Inc. customer segmentation and targeting), field materials and messaging to drive best brand competitive positioning. The EPM is also responsible for monitoring and controlling the performance (Incl. MS, NPS, MAC and Turnover tracking) of the brand and its commercial strategy in the Opcos


 

Supports the IBVTL in developing the EMEA brand strategy by providing understanding of EMEA cultures, economies and pressures

Executes the EMEA brand strategy and works in close collaboration with Operating Company Product Managers to prepare and implement commercial activities as defined in the brand plan, working within agreed budget and resource allocation, continuously looking for synergies and sharing best practices across Operating Companies to increase effectiveness and efficiency

Supports the IBVTL in ensuring that Value Excellence is incorporated into all aspects of the Local and Regional commercial strategy and tactics maintaining and updating the Brand Value Plan

 

3 to 5 years of progressive commercial experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is required with experience of working within highly matrixed environments and cross functional teams

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.  An advanced degree in business or life sciences is preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage existing brands and/or development and implementation of brand strategies for new products
