HR Director
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design a consistent set of HR Processes, policies, systems and programs across the company
Manage the Talent Acquisition function and develop the company resources database of candidates
Managing implementation and on-going execution of performance & reward system
Developing strategic HR professionals that can provide quality HR service across the company, which includes:
Acquiring Talent, Developing their potential, and rewarding their performance, per company guidelines.
Mange the implementation of (ORACLE cloud) ERP system.
Implementation of HR Business plans within the allocated budget.
Align HR policies
Master’s degree in Business or related field, with concentration in HR management
At least years’ experience in Human Resources
Experience in the construction sector is a MUST
Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Arabic
Proficient computer user specially Microsoft Office package.
Previous experience in dealing with ERP systems mainly ORACLE
Up-to-date knowledge of HRM best practices
Business/strategic orientation
Interpersonal skills
